The Middle Class as Colony

What if the chronic disease epidemic is not an accident? In 2020, a lady who was not a doctor counted a thousand American children who had never had any vaccine. The chronic illness rate in the fully unvaccinated was 2.64 percent. In the vaccinated, it was 60 percent. Joy Garner published her Control Group Survey, and nothing happened. The institutions built to find such a signal had already decided to look under a different streetlight. Extraction traces how the signal gets buried and why the thing that produces it keeps producing it. Across twenty-five essays and three appendices, it builds one argument in five movements: the paradigm that identifies the Primary Cause; the architecture — Rockefeller Medicine, epistemic capture, liability shields — that keeps the knowledge out; the instruments — diagnostic thresholds, screening programs, the genetic cover — that convert insult into revenue; the capture of the harmed, who defend what injured them; and the refusal, the body of unvaccinated people who prove what we have lost. The book draws on Toby Rogers’ framework of biological colonialism, Antonietta Gatti and Stefano Montanari’s catalogue of what is actually in the vial, Aaron Siri’s federal court work on the vaccine schedule, and the terrain medicine lineage from Béchamp to Cowan. What emerges is the architecture of Big Medicine. A system for taking a middle-class lifetime of health and savings and converting it into the revenue of pharma, hospitals, insurers, medical schools, and the regulatory and professional bodies that service them — slowly, under the appearance of care, with the patient’s own consent.
