Gold Open Access 2025 details the state of serious gold open access as of January 1, 2025, covering 2020-2024 articles in journals listed in the Directory of Open Access Journals. This is the tenth such study. It fully covers 20,109 journals (of which 18,577 published articles in 2024) and has notes on 1,099 others that were excluded for various reasons.
