As a new author I would like to introduce you to my book series Peter Hawthorn. The story line begins with the birth of Peter then progresses to when Peter was 5 as he meets his friends for the first time. Peter is 16 when he decides to drop out of High school and join the British army. In book 1 Peter and his friends learn the hard lessons in Northern Ireland. Book 2 see's Peter and his friends travel to Alaska where they encounter true combat for the first time turning them into battle hardened soldiers. In book 3 Peter and his friends go to the first Gulf war where they encounter numerous experiences. I have always wanted to write but never really got around to it until now.... I wrote my first book A Compilation of Twelve Short stories more or less as a tester but once I had finished this book I was hooked. This gave rise to Peter Hawthorn and I fully enjoyed writing it. I hope all who read my books are thoroughly entertained. The story line is good with humor and serious content.
