Christopher Gillis

Christopher Gillis wrote his first haphazard novel of misspellings and guttural grammar at the age of six. The Abnomable Snowman, a children's novel just recently revisited and completed at the age of 32, maintains the original handwritten manuscript with a current, typed ending, bridging the gap between past and present. Chris was more into art until high school, when teenage drama brought back a love and need for writing that has culminated in a Literature Degree from the University of Maryland, three novels, two books of poetry, and an upcoming film, FTW, that will probably always remain a screenplay. As everyone on Lulu knows, if you know Lulu, you don't know anyone, so your work isn't going anywhere, no matter how good it is. Chris is still searching for his favorite genre and style, currently trying his hand at his favorites to read: fantasy, science fiction and brain benders. Because a love for art was never left behind, the majority of Chris' books are illustrated. Enjoy.
