Eric Standley is an Associate Professor of Studio Art for the School of Visual Arts at Virginia Tech. He received his B.F.A. from the Massachusetts College of Art and his M.F.A. from Savannah College of Art and Design. His cut-paper compositions have appeared in over fifty national exhibitions including the Taubman Museum of Art, the Shore Institute of Contemporary Art, and the LaGrange Art Museum. His work has been featured in Wired Magazine, UK, The Daily Mail, UK, Luxe TV, Luxembourg and the Daily Planet of Discovery Chanel, Canada.
