My activities are a combination of fine arts, text work (writing/reviewing/interviewing/editing), and intense excursions that allow me to meet other creatives in other contexts and countries. I work as an artist-journalist-writer in an associative, highly emphatic and philosophical way. Exchange in words and practice with people in different media, times, spaces... highly influence my solo work. Time and time again, I attempt to give voice to the complex appearance of our so-called self conscience that exists in a relative here and now. I use a variety of materials with a focus on pencil drawings, either on small paper or as site specific monumental interferences. I research the phenomenon of the human individual being influenced and manipulated by what it is surrounded by.
