Joan Albarella is Professor Emeritus for SUNY Buffalo and author of the Nikki Barnes Mysteries; Close To You; Called To Kill; and Agenda For Murder; as well as five books of poetry. The latest is Again For The First Time. Her two producd plays include Katharine Hepburn's Brownies and Mother Cabrini's Mission to America. She is a member of Mystery Writer's of America; Sisters in Crime; Dramatist's Guild; Poets and Writers Inc, Italian American Writers.
