I have a British name, a French surname, I speak Afrikaans and English, I'm South African, married to a Chinese and we live in China with our son, daughter, as well as my father and mother. I love family. I work as a lecturer at Xiamen University, and also do Organisation Development and Strategy work through an organisation called Zoë Life, in Durban, South Africa. When I'm not working, I enjoy cycling through the Chinese countryside and watching the rate at which this nation is building itself up. My life vision is to see extreme poverty as we know it today, become something that our children will read about in history books.
