James (Jim) Lynch is constantly looking for ways to reinvent himself. He's done it again this time, publishing his first book, "I Quit: Some Thoughts On Retirement." Jim has been spending his time developing ideas, not only for the book, but also for his life as he himself nears retirement age. He's adopted a do-it-yourself approach to life, taking various courses along the way and learning all he can to become more self-sufficient. He appreciates a more simplistic back-to-basics life style and has a wealth of hobbies which enable him to live what he writes about in his book. "I do plan to retire", he says, "but I don't plan to ever stop working." A transplant from Buffalo, New York, he now lives in Fort Myers, Florida. He shares his life with the remarkable Miss Jane in a nearly-completed fixer-upper they restored together.
