I served in the U.S Army from 2003-2004 and went to Iraq and that has had a last influence on my life. I also do Civil War reenactments in Washington state. I hope to create a series for my first book 'To arms! To arms! Morgan is coming!' by following our group of Union soldiers as they are sent to the Western Theater and are involved in many of the great battles in Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama from '63-65 as well involve what happens to many of the soldiers when their regiments are disbanded and they are allowed to finally go home following years of bloodshed. My second book 'Odessa Incident' has been the longest project. It has taken over five years with many rewrites and changes and I've put so much effort into it that I am finally proud to have it published and turn it into another series following military and civilians as they contend not only with zombies but a militia group that seeks to take control of the state of Texas and turn it into its own republic.
