I write mystery books for adults and for young people, as well as food service how-to books. I use my extensive knowledge for my books learned from interesting characters I met while managing small hotels and restaurants for more than twenty-five years. These characters are sometimes cleverly hidden within the minds and appearance of many of my characters. I can only hope that some of them will never recognize themselves. I am, in addition, a tapestry artist. I weave a tapestry of my own design for each of my book cover images. I'm a former 4-harness weaver, a 16-harness weaver and designer, a Needle Felting Artist. I'm teaching myself to knit so that I can design my own fashions. I am, from what I can figure out, a highly creative introvert.
