I stored personal records, photos, videos, financial records, occasional diaries, official paperwork, professional artifacts, and an assortment of other things over the years (I did not hoard things). During those years I never thought about writing a book, or any sort of things like that. I did want to keep things for a historical accounting but had no plans to publish anything. And then, with the advent of technology in the 1990s, and with my adeptness at using it, I began to explore the many ways of using it. A few years ago, I discovered online book-making companies. Around the same time, I discovered an online site with ancestral records. Those two discoveries led me to publishing a book of my family’s history. That led me to a desire to publish my autobiography. In researching and compiling my information, I soon realized that we forget much over the years, and without the things I collected, I would have had a much harder time remembering. So, this publication is not only my reflection of my life, but also an opportunity to see my life’s reflections in ways never imagined.
