Joe is a native South Philadelphian who still resides there. He has written a novel previous to "Spiders Without Webs", titled, "The Family Representatives", and adapted it into a screenplay. The Family Reps story involves the Philly Mob and the bloody war which occurred during the 1980's. Joe has also written more than 50 poems and songs. He works as a typesetter for a company whose clients are involved in the field of Investments. Joe is married to his Beautiful wife Debbie. They have a Beautiful Daughter Monique, and Son In-law Jason who have provided them with two Beautiful Grandchildren, Simone and Blaise.
