Raúl Quiñones-Rosado, Ph.D., is a liberation psychologist, social justice educator and leadership coach, who works with community organizers, social activists, helping professionals and educators, organizational leaders and others seeking to increase their effectiveness in addressing the complexities of social identity and power dynamics in society today. For close to 40 years, Dr. Quiñones-Rosado has been committed to personal development and social change. His work focuses on fostering critical consciousness, focused intentionality, and authentic leadership: being and doing that integrates personal self-development, social justice and cultural transformation. Raúl is founder and principal at c-Integral in Cayey, Puerto Rico. He established the Institute for Latino Empowerment, and is a founding member of Ilé: Organizers for Consciousness-in-Action. Also, he is training consultant with Racial Equity Institute, Greensboro, NC.
