Luis F. Valdes, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist in Decatur, Georgia. He is the CEO of Performance Vertical Consulting, a psychological consulting firm that specializes in installing Peak Performance Systems in individuals, teams, and organizations. The Peak Performance System is an approach to mental conditioning that uses the latest in sports and performance psychology to maximize one's potential. Dr. Valdes is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso and Texas Tech University where he received his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology.
