Poet, Playwright, Manic Depressive. David shares his time between Cardiff and Aberystwyth thus reflecting the topics covered in his poetry. Like Carl Jung, he fell under the City of Liverpool's spell and has written poetry about the 'Pool of Life' From a B.A in Humanities at the University of Glamorgan, where he studied under Emeritus Professor of Poetry Tony Curtis who described his work as 'Clenched Fist'. David has recently graduated with an MA in Playwriting at the University of Salford International. He is influenced by the work of American Charles Bukowski and Cardiff Poet John Tripp. His autobiographical memoir 'Amsterdamned' was first published in 2013 and is now available through Amazon KDP Bookshelf.
