Rick Sapir is a content developer, end-user advocate, and wiki enthusiast. For over 15 years, he has been developing technical content (websites, user guides, help systems, and more) for software applications. Rick is a board member of KeyContent.org and Tiki Software Community Association and an avid open source contributor to several projects including Tiki Wiki CMS Groupware and Eclipse. In 2007 Rick created "Tiki for Smarties" (http://tikiforsmarties.com) a online, wiki-based, multilingual beginner's guide for Tiki Wiki CMS Groupware. It quickly became a key resource for the Tiki Community. In 2009, he began his second wiki guide, "Tiki Essentials" (http://twessentials.tikiforsmarties.com), featuring additional tips, tricks, and essential information for Tiki administrators. In 2010 Rick self-published the first-ever "real" book for Tiki based on the Tiki Essentials website. This was followed by Tiki for Smarties in 2011.
