The Lamplighter Foundation’s Executive Director, Mr. Mottel Wechter, has been involved in the field of education for over 30 years initially as a school principal and executive director and, more recently, as consultant to school principals. He is the editor of the book series, “The Key to the World of Education – Encyclopedia and Research for School Principals”. The series contains 6 volumes and over 1200 pages of guidelines for school principals (Currently, the project is in Hebrew. It will soon be translated into English). Parallel to working and completing the project for school principals we began a new project, “The Key to the World of Education – Encyclopedia and Research for the Ministry of Education.” This encyclopedia will be published in English only. The goal of this project is to bring under one umbrella all the information about the work and responsibilities of the Ministry of Education.
