The year is 2019. MIT student Brian Johnson discovers part of a mathematical sequence in what was thought to be junk nucleotides between the genes. The sequence is the key to a message and dates to 25,000 years B.C.

Ellen Sutton is Director of GenBank, the U.S. department responsible for archiving human DNA. It’s her task to find all the missing DNA sequences and decode the message, a message that will either save the planet, or plunge it into the next world war.

Taisho Minamoto, the pride of Japan and the world's richest man, blames America for the death of his family and will stop at nothing to destroy the United States. He believes the DNA sequences will help him achieve his goal.</p>
