Coaching Kids 3

After coaching and managing Little League and Babe Ruth Leagues for 19 years, the author has written a pamphlet for those coaches and managers who volunteer to coach our kids. The information was not designed to teach kids how to play baseball. There are dozens of excellent DVD’s and VCR’s on that subject. Its purpose was to instruct coaches and managers on the many issues that concern them on a daily basis. Included are chapters addressing: Choosing coaches, Is winning that important, Kids with attitudes, Dealing with Parents, Motivation, Practices, Handling errors, Winning and losing. Personal experiences and appropriate stories are included.
