A legend in the BLOW

Back to 2005 I communicated with Ann Casey a wrestling legend of the sixties via the yahoo messenger. At that time, I had a yahoo group with 6,500 members, where I posted my women wrestling comics and I invited her to join us. The stories were about a professional women’s wrestling league- BLOW for the Best League of Wrestling- where one of my favorite heroines was Barefoot Judy, a blond woman in her early forties, who wrestled barefoot. Ann who used to wrestle barefoot too recognized immediately that drawing ‘’my’’ Barefoot Judy I had in my mind Judy Grable another wrestling legend of the sixties who wrestled barefoot and confessed to me that Judy considered her own feet as a threat and demanded from her to wear boots in the matches between them. I asked Ann if she wanted to wrestle in my stories with ‘’my’’ Barefoot Judy and she said YES. And we started making the story. I was drawing and Ann was correcting and moderating. And we did it. And here it is for you. A seven-page illustrated story with more than 60 B&W panels. Mature audience only please!
