Call Me Danny is the memoir of a small-town Wisconsin man. As a child and adolescent, Danny survives a tornado, a train wreck, an attack by a bull, and an accidental shooting. As a teenager and college student, he is introduced to romance and responsibility. Finally, as a young adult, Danny’s life takes an unexpected turn, when he is paralyzed in an accident. Regardless of the circumstances, however, the story is told with a unique brand of humor.
