Decease & Desist

A young, college-educated police officer, Stith Tucker, newly recruited to assist investigations into car fatalities, suspects that someone is manipulating police car chases. He learns that a budding criminal is stealing high-end automobiles and broadcasting the chases on the Dark Web--and that this person might intentionally be getting people killed to boost his profits. The race is on to identify and arrest the suspect before it's showtime once again!
