CRAM stands for Chiasmated Reciprocating Array Matrix. It does exactly as the name suggests. It is a matrix within which, or from which, decision originates, takes form, or develops. This arrangement, or array, is utilized to enable a decision to be easily made by a group. The group makes decisions by interacting ideas together, taking each idea as a reciprocal of other ideas. This interaction is accomplished by making each member the intersection (chiasma) through which the ideas are processed.
CRAM is utilitarially neutral. Whether it is good or evil will depend upon the way it is utilized. This book is an introduction to CRAM, it delineates the parameters and procedures of CRAM. The next book is a proposal as to how CRAM should be used. The next book would propose CRAM be used to enable a true direct participatory democratic system replace the present representative type of democracy.
