Created

“Created” is a story about an artist’s struggle to find a source of inspiration within the walls of an isolating world. Influenced by events in my own life, I composed the story of my struggle to create. Like many other people, including my character, I become emotionally involved with the people I encounter daily. Sitting in a doctor’s waiting room I watched parents disregard their children perplexed as to how this could happen. What happened to the strong loving bond between parent and child? I watch an intriguing young boy with the darkest rings around his eyes gaze up at me. I had never seen eyes so dark in my life. By retelling these two instances I’ve had within the pages of the book, the book offers the viewers a moment to see through my eyes, a world full of people unable to see beyond themselves.
