One Bodhi Tree – At Yio Chu Kang Road

Documenting with Photography, writing, history and human spirit. Some want to conserve the graveyard, others wants to conserve their ancestors’ history, but here they want to conserve the Bodhi Tree, perhaps for the Genius Loci, or perhaps Lord Krishna and its humble temple anchored the fond memories of the boys who grew up in this village. For sometimes it is beyond reason that some things are done in this way. For me, I paint the moment for eternity. For the last milliseconds were gone when they passed us. Only the photographs can recall the stories again and again vividly.
