The 30 Days of Joy Prompts Guided Journal was created based on my recent journey of maintaining and acknowledging joy in times of push back and efforts to change the world! As a therapist I discovered that many of my clients of color were engaged in social justice efforts, maintaining their professional roles and feeling exhausted by the impact of white supremacy. This prompted each of our sessions to end with a Justice and Joy moment. Discover some of the practical ways to find harmony in Justice and Joy. 30-Days include: Creating a list of Joy Acts Daily Acts of Joy Space for journaling around your emotional state, gratitude and affirmation 30 days of blank Daily Acts of Joy to create your own prompt/reminders. This is a intentional tool to help you to remember as we continue to fight for change we must honor our full being. Joy is a part of self care that supports practicing things daily and mindfulness that helps to relax and decompress when dealing with stress. Journal is intended to help you get started and learn techniques that help you to both create and maintain a healthy self-care routine.
