Reflections and Challenges

Telos Partners set out in 2000 to try its hand at the business of sustainable success. We did this by building a consulting firm based on a commitment to long-term relationships. Ten years later and having worked with clients from a wide variety of organisations and sectors, this book sets out what we have learned along the way. Our aim has been to capture what's important if an organisation is to achieve long-term sustainable success. We have tested our thinking with clients in a series of consultations this year, the results of which have shaped the content of the book.
