INTERCEPTION

I knew I wasn't dreaming. I know when I hear something that shouldn't be there; an uninvited, unexpected sound in my house. The imagination is a devilish thing at 3:47 in the morning when the pitch dark of the night closes in on you; when you've been woken from a very sound sleep by a sound in your house that shouldn't be there. Who or what was lurking in De'dee's home that night and what was she brave enough to do about it? Funny how things turn out sometimes. It's the weirdest thing, but that saying that you don't know what life has in store to you is so true!
