McKinley Elementary: Vignettes

This book is focused on the writing journey of the 6-8 grade students at McKinley Elementary School.. This workshop designed by Written Out Loud provided students with the opportunity to enjoy writing and build their confidence in the Genre. Teachers were able to engage students and watch them become the facilitators of their own learning. It's our belief at McKinley Elementary that students can achieve and overcome any circumstances provided that they are given the opportunity and tools to be successful. When we say “Go Mustangs… Go!” it's the power of our students to work hard through determination, persistence, and creative inspiration. This book is dedicated to young and inspired authors of McKinley Elementary who dared to take a risk and aloud their inner author to soar!.
