Born in Kingston, Ontario, Cas Erchamion presently lives behind a computer in Asia. After completing Experimental Arts at the Ontario College of Art in Toronto (now OCADU), followed by graduate studies in Florence, Italy, Cas moved to Asia in 1997. As an artist and calligrapher, Cas enjoys writing and illustrating educational textbooks when he is not painting or riding a motorcycle. After two decades of extensive travel, Cas settled in to a university teaching career and married his very own 'Beatrice'. He and his lovely wife Jung Geum Hwa divide their time between Port Hope, Ontario, Canada and Seoul, South Korea, where he teaches Western Studies.
