Born 1939 in Karachi then British India, the author has studied extensively and is a B.Com, Bachelor of Commerce; ACMA, associate of The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants, UK;;CMA, Management Accountant Canada; CGA, General Accountant Canada and CPA, Chartered Accountant Canada.besides passing courses in Data Processing and Human Resources. The author has half a century of working experience and has risen all the way from the bottom to the top. He was the Controller in several companies, small and big; Divisional Manager at a manufacturer and even a Director for a large US company. Mr.Desouza migrated to Canada in 1975 where he and his wife of fifty three years are well settled in the Canadian mosaic with three children and six grandchildren.
