Nigel Envarlı Crowe has divided his life evenly between Australia, Turkey and Britain. He teaches Psychology and Biology and lives in London with his wife and daughter. He was shortlisted for a British Science Fiction Award in 2009. Two of his stories were published in the 2011 anthology A Thousand Natural Shocks.
