Lissy and Neve, mother and daughter, put together their cookbook, Lissy's Vegan Home Cooking together. Lissy handled the recipes and Neve handled the design, business, and of course taste testing! The Carmody family has been vegan/vegetarian for over 10 years and has loved inventing new ways to enjoy their old favorites, but now everything is plant-based. They love to travel and try new foods and this cookbook embodies that by including all different kinds of cuisines, but especially highlighting Puerto Rican and Irish food to honor their family background.
