NINA HOWES is a nurse, political activist, and a writer who was born and raised in New York City. Her stories have been published by Kaplan Publishing and University of Iowa Press. Her plays have been presented off- off Broadway. FULVIA ZAMBON is an accomplished illustrator and painter born in Turin, Italy who currently lives in Brooklyn. She's illustrated for fashion but now she enjoys drawing animals because she lives with several furry friends; and occasionally with other flying and swimming creatures. Her illustrations have been published in the Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, Essence, Marie Claire, and Fashion. Her paintings have been shown in galleries in New York, Italy, and Switzerland.
