Sarah Todd Hammer
Sarah Todd Hammer is 14 years old and in ninth grade. On April 19th, 2010, when she was 8 years old, she was paralyzed from the neck-down by a condition called Transverse Myelitis. So far, Sarah Todd has written two books about her journey with this condition with Jennifer Starzec, entitled "5k, Ballet, and a Spinal Cord Injury" and "Determination." She lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her mom, dad, two older brothers, one dog, and one fish. Sarah Todd's favorite hobbies are dancing, choreographing, singing, acting, and writing. Sarah Todd's absolute favorite band is One Direction. She also greatly admires and loves the musical Hamilton, and she loves singing every song from the show. Sarah Todd has choreographed many dances, including ones to the songs “Falling Slowly” and “Therapy.” She aspires to be a neurologist or a type of psychologist.
