This book is an attempt to describe a journey and a developed understanding, or justification, for a complete change of attitude. It is best described as a personal pilgrimage. My life has taken many twists and turns and this is an attempt to describe that journey with a particular destination in mind, the person that I am today. I was someone terrified of others seeing my unclothed body. Now I am happy to live life as naked as possible, at one with God, myself and the natural world. At times it may appear to be somewhat graphic but it is important to describe those moments which have had a bearing on both the attitude I have to the body now and the way in which previous attitudes have been turned upside down.
