DESCRIPTION:
Childhood friends Rina and Zach couldn't be more different: she's a beautiful Los Angeles model who spends all her time working out, he's an everyday company sales rep with a nine-to-five job. Their relationship's put to the test by her secret encounter with a smooth, confident stranger in the elevator, a handsome villain who doesn't ask Rina for permission and isn't taking no for an answer...
EXCERPT:
It would have made sense to her if he’d simply grabbed her wrists.
His hands stroked her sides and ran up across her bare back to lift her from the glass, to pull her up against his broad chest, and he bent his knees a little around her legs so he could lean forward and kiss the side of her neck, and then brush his parted lips up along the rim of her ear. He grabbed her ponytail with one hand to lift her chin, to turn her face slightly back so he could kiss the hollow dip of her left shoulder, and she gasped under her breath at the thick denim bulge pressing and dragging right against the front of her skintight shorts.
Rina tried to tell herself that he was attacking her, that she should scream or kick him away or grab for her phone, but nothing about it felt like an attack. He held her waist and kissed her neck like an old lover, without making the slightest move toward pinning her arms back or covering her mouth. Her brain replayed every second since she’d first stepped into the elevator, searching for some clue, as though she’d simply overlooked the one moment that would have explained how she ended up pressed against the wall in this stranger’s arms.
“W-wait,” she gasped, trying to come up with any other word. “Wait!”
