Great Expectations

Set in the 1800’s around Christmas time, Pip, who is orphaned at seven years of age encounters a stranger while visiting his parents grave and is forced to live with his abusive sister and her kind husband. Pip is eventually able to move away from the abusive home and ends up becoming apprentice and coming into money that he can use to become a gentleman. This novel encompasses the life of one of Charles Dickens most beloved characters and this classic is a story that will be told for many years to come.
