Captive Forms - Selected Poems and Lyrics

This collection of poems and song lyrics was compiled from journals, notebooks and letters spanning more than 30 years. It is possible that the person who wrote them no longer exists. The majority are supra-personal in their subject matter and themes. There is a reverence for Mother Earth, Father Sun and the Ten Thousand Things in between. There is also a sense of the mystery at the heart of life and existence. The suspicion that even if we succeed in peeling back the layers of the onion to arrive at some universal truth, at its heart would still be paradox. The mystery will always endure – long live the mystery!
