Shingles to M E

This is my story from when my shingles infection got misdiagnosed to how my life is now living with M.E. (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). I have written this in attempt to help people who currently have CFS and hopefully give them some ideas on how they potentially can improve their situation. It details my experiences with the NHS, the move I had to do from England and Scotland and also shows the personal battles I had to deal with as part of having this invisible illness.
