Points of Articulation started out with a question: What happens if the readers of a story are complicit in the telling of the story? As an internet creator with a modest following and a Discord server, Hannah Semmelhack had the opportunity to explore this question — but she didn’t expect it to turn into the interdimensional sci-fi epic that it has become. During its original creation, POA was released in the form of chapters and polls on the digital platform Patreon. Every Tuesday, readers gathered to read the latest installment and cast their vote to decide what our beloved protagonist, Henry Choix, should do next.
