This book is an exhibition catalog of contemporary encaustics created by the professional artist Jesse Payne. Jesse has exhibited on both a national and international level and won top prizes for his encaustic and abstract oil paintings. Most recently Payne won best of show in a national juried competition entitled "Viewpoints".
