In efforts to break away from the common path of European travel, two friends wander their way through eleven countries. Traveling in this manner, curious situations naturally arise. Nine dead at Roskilde during a Pearl Jam show...caught in a torrential downpour somewhere in the Swiss Alps...sleeping on a beach in Calais, France beneath a Nazi bunker, then waking to the sounds of explosions...
