When the romance comic came into its own in the late 1940s and early 1950s, Quality Comics rushed headlong into the genre with multiple titles, most of which featured top artistic talents of the day such as Bill Ward, Reed Crandall and Paul Gustavson, creating some of the best love stories in the business. Like love, however, many of the titles didn't last long, for only a handful of issues - but LOVE CONFESSIONS was that exception, running 54 issues from 1949-1956 – that's hundreds of tales of the most important emotion in history – love!
