Antheel Rules

A conservative set of game rules created to be consistent throughout the rules. Not a system of uber-feats or easy to gain skill abilities. Where 3.5ed went to satisfying power gamers and munchkins, these rules stepped back to maintain a more level-headed style of play. The contents were then play-tested for a number of years to check balance. These rules are the second update with a number of perfected alterations to further assure proper play.
