Unconventional Conformity

An idealistic warlord strives to unite the world by force, cunning influence, and bribery. Positioning his operatives into high levels of countries political systems requires massive amounts of finances; finances which will be used to buy communism. He pulls all of his resources into a massive bankrolling operation, running interference across the globe to draw attention away from his real goal. He attacks a secret military complex with stupidifying force, capturing its scientific staff, the developed technology, and the store rooms upon store rooms of decommissioned nuclear warheads, to sell everything to the highest bidder.
