Bitcoin blockchain first blocks

Created by the mysterious Satoshi Nakamoto, the Bitcoin blockchain is a growing list of transactions records, linked using cryptography, stored as an immutable open distributed ledger. This book is an artistic analog attempt to capture the digital footprint of the Bitcoin blockchain by printing the cryptographic hash of the blocks as 8x8 matrices of 4 bits shades of grey. The first 256 blocks of the chain are backed up in this book, starting from 3 January 2009 to 12 January 2009, acting as an analog node of the decentralized system.
