Oz Experience 2009

Starting in 2001, children’s cancer charity The Joshua Foundation (TJF) began on a challenging new project for young fundraisers: The Oz Experience. Over a period of two years, each of the volunteering fundraisers must meet a final target of £2,600 raised for the project. For those who make the goal, TJF organises a once-in-a-lifetime excursion across the globe, where the volunteers help with Australia’s continuing conservation projects. As another exciting part of the trip, the groups also visit the cities of Melbourne and Sydney. By the end of this utterly life changing trip, they have made new friends for life.
