Private Dowding

This is a reprint of an out-of-print classic about a soldier killed in action during World War I. It is his story as told by him to Wellesley Tudor Pole, beginning on March 12, 1917. Mr. Pole gives the soldier’s account exactly as he received it, and also provides commentary. This book is for those interested in reading stories about life on the other side of the veil called death.
